Engagement & facilitation

Public Place is recognised as a successful facilitator of stakeholder engagement. Directors and associates have worked extensively with local, state and federal government as well as other organisations and the general community. We bring this expertise, together with our pragmatic and friendly approach to each project.

The majority of our work incorporates stakeholder engagement component. We work closely with decision makers to design and deploy effective engagement strategies that build understanding and awareness, strengthen relationships and lead to effective decision making.

Our approach when consulting with the community is to create environments in which people feel comfortable expressing their views and which enables our highly experienced staff to actively listen, observe and ask questions.

The scope of our engagement and facilitation services includes:

  • Design, deployment and analysis of stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Design and facilitation of specific, one-off engagement activities, such as workshops and creative thinking processes.
  • Design and development of online engagement methods and products.
  • Quantitative and qualitative research design, deployment and analysis.
